How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Burnedsave Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Burnedsave Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Burnedsave Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency in New York that regulates pest control.
How to File a Complaint
Email contact@burnedsave.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do
What Comes Next
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
